Alaina danced with the "LIDO" La Tournee as a Principal Dancer, leading the famous Bluebell Girls in the "Can-Can", as well soloing new works set by Alex Magno (choreographer of Madonna's Girlie Show). The LIDO European tour took her to Paris France, Vienna Austria, and hit many cities throughout Germany. Alaina had the opportunity to work with and dance for amazing artists such as, Alex Magno (LIDO) Frank Hatchett (BDC), Jeff Shade ("Heaven" performed at Point Park College), Patricia Wilcox (Steps on Broadway), Michael Kubala (Crazy For You), Sergio Trujillo ("Kiss of the Spiderwoman" masterclass). She was a featured dancer / singer/ acrobat/ actress for Jean Ann Ryan on Norwegian Cruise Lines, where Alaina played the roles of "Annie" in "42nd Street" and "Tess" in "Crazy For You." Other dance opportunities include performing in Guam, Las Vegas, choreographing award-winning lyrical-jazz-contemporary routines, starring in "Sha-Boom" Atlantic City, and attending Point Park College. Alaina is a graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology, with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Marketing. She has spent the last couple years assisting executives, and becoming one herself. Alaina founded Ignite! in the fall of 2007, as her passion for performing and business management prevailed. Alaina is the dancers dancer! She stresses ballet technique as the core foundation for her fierce jazz performance.
